Yield: 30 hl/ha.
Harvest: 100% manual with sorting.
Appearance: Very clear and shiny, some green reflections.
Aromas: Predominantly floral (hawthorn), nuanced by scents of exotic fruits and apricot, then vanilla.
Taste: Round and fruity attack. Fat and fleshy finish. Dry and supple wine.
Vinification: Direct pneumatic pressing, cold settling. 70% of fermentation in vats at 16°C, 30% in new barrels with stirring. Malolactic fermentation carried out.
Aging: 5 years.
